Soft reset delay at FXTH8715

Hi friend,

I used the FXTH8715 and periodically reset the LF module with a soft reset (with LFCTL1_SRES = SET).
Do I need to delay after LFCTL1_SRES = SET? If yes, how much delay might it be? I set all LF registers after soft reset. Then enter STOP1 mode. (vfnSetSTOPMode(STOP1))
