Send request enroll - IAZone Cluster !!!

Hi support team !!!
Now I'm working with IASZone Cluster
Base on JN-AN-1201-Zigbee-Intruer-Alarm-System (ZONE). I build a project for my sensor - JN-AN-1217-Router
There are something have modified:

- Add cluster IASZone in SDK Base_device.h

- Add cluster IASZone  in App.zpscfg

...

Document - Google Drive 

then join node to network and send request enroll to ICE (Coordinator)

But No events have occurred in APP_ZCL_cbEndpointCallback (Coordinator)

Log from Router: E_ZCL_ERR_CLUSTER_NOT_FOUND

Could you please provide the steps that you follow to add the cluster?
