PN5180 NFC Forum Certification

We use the PN5180A0 NFC Front-end in our NFC Reader.  We are seeking the NFC Forum CR12 certification for our product.

Does the PN5180A0 have CR12 certification and can we "inherit" these results for our certification?

Is the PN5180 test report available?
