OpenSDA connect fail

I have MKW25D512 develop board, I had connect it by OpenSDA, but I can't connect it now, I try to connect to it by SWD ports.and given massages is"ERROR: Could not power up debug port: Control/Status register reads D0000040 ",why? how to solve it. Thanks!

我原来用IAR使用OpenSDA方式进行连接，可以正常连接，后改过一次程序，下到板子后就再也无法连接了，同时我使用Jlink 的SWD方式连接，提示我"ERROR: Could not power up debug port: Control/Status register reads D0000040“，请问如果程序有问题，有什么方法可以完全擦除掉里面的程序进行重新下载，现在我怎么也连接不上，所以无法擦除。

Dear Lee,

It is still unclear the IDE you are using, are you using IAR or another tool? Also, you mentioned you used the openSDA successfully before, is that correct? If so, what changes have you done recently that could have caused such issue?

Moreover, you may use the Jlink commander utility from Segger to unlock the kinetis W devices. Please check a similar thread where a solution to this has been discussed. You may try if that works too.
