Where are the pins of DIO10 and DIO17?
I have searched for the carrier board and module board, but none of them on schematic.

Some documents use different nomenclature to refer to the same pins, for instance, DIO and PIO. These both refer to the same pin, which corresponds to the following functionality:

And are routed to connector J3 in the OM15076 Carrier Board:
(taken from the Design Files package, which you can find in the Product Page for the Development Kit)
