JN-AN-1217 EXC_ALIGNMENT while debugging

I built the Router_NtagIcode_JN5169_DR1175.elf file with hardware debugging enabled, and successfully loaded it onto my target board.  When I run the debugger, I get an EXC_ALIGNMENT error signal in the APP_vInitialiseRouter() routine when trying to initialize the ZBPro stack ZPS_eAplAfInit().

Has anyone else seen this issue?  What are some potential causes of the EXC_ALIGNMENT error?  I attached a screenshot of my debugger window for reference.

What is the debugger that you are using? Did you follow the steps that are mentioned in this AN?
