Is the enhanced 32-bit RISC MCU in the JN516x module ARM or not?

I'm looking in to the JN516x module series and wanted to ask where can I find more details, like a datasheet of the 32-bit enhanced MCU?

The JN516X Enhanced 32-bit RISC processor, it is not ARM.
