IW416: how to get the design package for IW416 reference design with CSP package

I am using the IW416 in designing,   how to get the reference?  

• RD-IW416-CSP-WIB3-1A-V1: design package for IW416 reference design with CSP package and one antenna
• RD-W8978-CSP-WIB3-2A-V1: design package for IW416 reference design with CSP package and two antennas

May I know who told you about these reference designs?

I strongly recommend you to use a wireless module in your desing.

1,  It is from  UM11434.  

2,  Want use it in wearable product,  so need to use the chip directly to reduce the size.  so  want to get the reference design.
