GaN PA Long Term Memory

Hello,

Are there any details on the long-term memory of GaN amplifiers from NXP. The datasheet says "designed for low-complexity linearity systems". Is long-term memory no longer a concern for current generations of GaN devices? Is this across the entire product stack?
