FLEXIO frdmkw36

Hello community,

I work on project on frdmkw36 that depend's 2 UART interface, so i need to implement an other Software UART because the FRDMKW36 provide only one UART inerface.

I need to implement the second interface with the FLEXIO API that i didn't see it in the SDK.

i want to confirm that the FLEXIO API is available or not in the FRDMKW36  SDK.

Hello, 

Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause you, but the KW36 does not have a FlexIo module. You can check the reference manual. Nonetheless, if you check the Table 2-1. Feature Summary on page 69 you might find that there are two LPUART modules for KW36 and one LPUART module for KW35 as well as the rest of available communication interfaces.
