I am currently working on the development of an RFID tag, including the design of the microchip, antenna, and enclosure. At this stage, I need a suitable microchip to incorporate into the tag.
Here are the specifications I require for the microchip:
- EPC Memory: 224 bits
- User Memory: 3kbit
- Kill Password: 32 bits
- Read Range: 14 - 16 meters (On metal)
- Operational Frequency: 865 – 868 MHz or 902 – 928 MHz
Could you kindly provide a microchip that meets these specifications? Your prompt assistance in supplying this component would be greatly appreciated.
I shared on datasheet which is reverse to my specifications once go through that and let me know is that datasheet is enough
