Cannot capture packets through Ubiqua

Hello，I have a JN5169USBdongle bought on the official website, I can use it to capture the package;

I have 5169 modules, so I want to make a few JN5169dongle, I burned the JN-SW-4168's own JefficSniffer firmware into the JN5169 module.

Why can't I use Ubiqua to perform packet capture analysis on ZigBee?

The application you selected is not supported by the firmware running on this devece, why ?

Any one can help ?

Hi Daniel,

Could you please try to program the JN devices using the next path?

C:\NXP\bstudio_nxp\sdk\JN-SW-4168\Tools\JennicSniffer\JennicSniffer_JN5169_1000000.bin

Hi Daniel,

When you program the JN5169, you are in programming mode, the DO0 is in high, isn't it?

After that, the DO0 should be floating before the reset, with this the program will jump to the sniffer code.
