Hi,

Using BLE Mesh custom message send function (Mesh_SendCustomData) from Connectivity Software 1.0.2 (based off of the demo applications) in order to send broadcast and unicast messages (without packet forwarding) between nodes:

There is a problem that after a period of time (1+ days) the custom messages are no longer received by the target, with no errors being reported on the sender.

Is there any recommendation on finding the issue or a solution apart from forced resets?

Hi Jaco,

As you know, the BLE Mesh is a custom application, is not a BLE Standard so the support is limited.

My recommendation, please check if the device is sending the advertisement data with a sniffer, (the payload is encrypted, so be sure that is sending message). Also, be sure the other devices are not in sleep mode.
