BGU7045 - switch time

Hi, 

There is no information on the datasheet about how fast does the BGU7045 switch between 14dB Gain mode to Bypass mode. Can you provide it please?

NXP does not specify switch time but our RF application engineer measured it as following:

By using 3V at control line (pin 4) then the on time is 12us and the off (bypass) time is 19us .
Lowering the control voltage will lead to increase the switch time!
