Installation of the RF High Power Model Kit is required to run all RF High Power ADS models.
FET2 model is a part of the this kit.
So, you must install two kits: RF High Power Model Kit and AFM907N Model Design Kit. Both are provided on the AFM907 product page:
AFM907N|8 W CW, 136-941 MHz, 7.5 V | NXP
