88W8997 Bluetooth cannot been tuned on when switch Android 13 BT toggle on

Issue: Bluetooth does not get powered on
Description: when we click bluetooth on (Android 13), it does not stick to ON and it returns to off. Please find herewith complete ad log during bluetooth on till it becomes off automatically.
