Hi,
I am designing a NFC host controller (reader) board with PN7160, and would have a question on the antenna interface.
The antenna interface has pins RXN, TX1 TX2 and RXP that I am using. In the hardware design guide it tells me to connect RXN to TX2 through series capacitor and resistor, and the same for RXP to TX1. My layout with the chip package (PN7161A1EV/C100K) would prefer connecting RXN to TX2 and RXP to TX1. Could you confirm if this is OK or could it cause some issues with the reader functionality? As I see, the circuits are symmetrical, but maybe there is something withing the functions of TX1 and TX2 that forces me to use the recommended way?
Your recommendation in the HW design quide:

Thanks!
Thank you very much Daniel!
This swap is not critical as the circuit is symmetrical.
You can use it also as TX2 connects to RXN, and TX1 connects RXP without any issue.

Daniel
