LX2160A internal pin delay information

Hello, 

     Does LX2160 provide internal pin delay information so that we can deskew the DDR4 interfaces when matching the bits and strobe in the byte lanes?

    Does LX2160 need external wiring compensation consideration? Or only need external wiring according to the requirements of the design of equal length requirements.
