Replacement of Microcontroller (MC9S12XS128MAA)

Hi, I am Esther from UCSI University T2. I would like to request for the replacement of the freescale microcontroller (MC9S12XS128MAA) as it has burnt.
May I purchase a new one from the Freescale Semiconductor located in PJ?

Is it possible to get it by this week?
Hope for your reply as I need it urgently to complete the testing.

Hi Esther,

I think it would be better for you to post your problem in the Malaysia group as posting in the open discussion area may not catch Malaysia Freescale technical team's attention.

Another way to solve your problem is to actually desolder out the S12X chip from the developement board and replace it with the spare chip provided. It may not be easy, but it maybe the fastest.
