T2080 QDS hardware board versions?

Hello. Does anyone know how many hardware versions of the T2080 QDS board there are?  I am having running a vxworks 6.9 bootrom after flashing into an alternate bank that is known to work for a version of the T2080 QDS board but does not work for a newer version of the T2080 QDS that I currently have.  If there are multiple versions can anyone tell me what the differences are?

According to the product database there is only one option - T2080QDS-PA.

On the internal server I see four schematic revisions.

Please provide detailed technical description of the issue including photos of the on-board inscriptions and stickers and U-Boot booting log.
