I am planning to use MPC5777C for my control system application.What is the life of the part,whether it can be available for next 20 years.

the lifetime is 15 years. After that it is possible according to market orders for this device.
Yes its supports OSses (AUTOSAR OS, FreeRTOS)
VxWorks I have no info - probably no. You could consult it with WindRiver.
