Hi,
I'm going through schematic and Layout of T4240QDS development/test board and I can't find any display support on T4240QDS development/test board. I want to connect display with this board to use it as normal PC. Can anyone tell me how can I connect display with this board and through which port or component I can do that?
Also I noticed that there is no GPU support available on board. Do I have to connect some GPU for display as well with that board?
@ufedor Thanks for your reply. I want to ask some more questions as well.
I went through T1040 which have DIU. Now can I use that processor for GUI based Linux? And also is there any reference design available of that processor with Display/VGA/HDMI?
I'm looking for any NXP processor on which I can do some processing using GUI based Linux. Can you recommend any processor with it's reference design? It will be very helpful for me.
Thanks in advance.
T4240QDS does not possess a display port.
UART COM port is used for communication with a host PC.
Technically, a PCIe graphics card can be inserted into an on-board PCIe slot, but there is no such reference solution from NXP.
