license authorizaton

when i install the software completely ,finding license authorizaton ,it tells me there is a err.Now my code is over 32K and  i have a license,but i can't use it .how can  do it?

License file needs to be placed in the following directory,

You can discard the help menu option for license authorization. 

Just locate a valid license file in the following directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CWS12v5.1

Make sure you have admin access so you can write in program files directory, if not check with the local admin to get this.
