Seems the version you are using has been purged from NXP system or is too old to know.
I do not see any legacy vendor supported by NXP called armlmd
However NXP does have the access this legacy version ARM 2.1 but works with mtwkrs daemon, so there must be a mistake on how the license is build and maybe it uses mtwrks instead of armlmd , if you want to try this please create a case.
Temp license for this product has been attached, try in a local machine using this certificate, make sure you have Metrowerks daemons within your vendor list.
