CW for PA is already included in the CW suite.if you already purchased the CW suite, you need not purchased CW for PA separately.

Thanks Zhang Jun, I had the same problem. The licensing mechanism was not clear for me. We purchased the Development Suite and configured the license but in fact we only activated the Validation Tools part. Following your advice, we succeeded to generate the license file for CW for PA.
