Code Warrior support for Flexis - free license?

Hello Community:

I have a legacy design to support with the Freescale Flexis MCUs.  Is the Code Warrior IDE no longer free for this?

Previously, this was free with the Code Warrior development environment at the 64kB (V1) or 32kB (S08) code size limitation. 

Any feedback or input is welcomed and appreciated!

Here are the free editions from NXP 

Special Edition Software|NXP 

for S08 version used is 6.3, however there are some codesize limit on this free edition.
