Code Warrior 5.1 do't show CAN components in PE

Dear Sir,

I have project in MC9s12G48 which have CAN component but it does't open in my CW5.1

I unable to see CAN component in processor expert .

Please help me.

Hi,

I think you don't have the right license file.

There are 2 beans supporting the CAN:

    Init_MSCAN  under Peripheral Initialization Components which is included in all suites.

    FreescaleCAN is an Advanced Components which is included in Professional suite only.

You can order the bean separately too.

    Embedded Components|Freescale

By default under Processor Expert you've a "licensed" tab.

Only the beans validated by the license file are listed.

If you click on this tab you will have access to all beans.

However if you add the FreescaleCAN bean without having the right license file, no code will be generated for this bean.
