Hi

If you want to order CodeWarrior Professional Edition some questions please provide some suggestions, thanks ~ ~
(1) whether the original CW-HCS12X has expired in 2015-06-18, can you use the upgraded version (renewal) price or to re-purchase?
(2) if you can renew, how to renew?

I'm not quite sure I understand why you want to re-purchase.

Seems you have two permanent CodeWarrior Professional Suites already activated. 

Permanent means the license itself does not expire.

The expiration you observe (Jun/18/2015) is the support certificate which is valid one year after the activation.

Anyway if you are interested in CW for HC12 license only then the license you have (assume v5.x) should work with the latest available release which is v5.2.
