Physical Shipment parts for software and support contracts can be registered following the next steps

For Software:

Locate the Entitlement ID/ Registration ID in the received shipment card or DVD case.
Go to www.freescale.com/activation . (If you have not already registered, it will be necessary to do so at this time)
Enter Registration Code and Click Register Product >>
Add Product to an Account
Confirmation page should appear.

For support Contracts:

Locate the Entitlement ID/ Registration ID in the received shipment card or DVD case.
Go to www.freescale.com/activation . (If you have not already registered, it will be necessary to do so at this time)
Enter Registration Code and Click Register Product >>
Add Product to an Account
Complete the Support Form and Click Submit>>, which will provide us with the details and contact information to complete your support environment
