difference between MAG3110 and FXMS3110

Please can you explain what are the differences between these two parts ?

They are the same, except for the I2C address. The FXMS3110 is intended only for use with our Windows 8 sensor platform. Unless you are building a Win8 system, you should use MAG3110.
