Download the CodeWarrior for MCU v10.6 General Update 3.0.0.zip file from the following website (need to sign in or register):
https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/download?agree=Accept&element=5901381
Then follow the instructions given in the Installing and using CW 10.6 for TPMS applications document.
