Sensitivity Accuracy describes the range of sensitivities of a large population of sensors. In other words, it is possible that for one sensor the sensitivity is more closely to the typical value but for other it might be somewhere in the range of So +/- So x 0.0264.
That being said, as a result of thermal and mechanical stresses during the soldering process, re-calibration is recommended for applications requiring higher accuracy. This involves placing the final product at multiple orientations and calculating 12 additional new calibration parameters which should then be stored in non volatile memory and applied by an external uC. We have an application note AN4399 and example code illustrating how to do this. We recommend the 12 point algorithm that corrects for a 3x3 gain matrix and 3x1 offset vector.
