NFC Communication Link Breaks when placed closed high current carrying Cables

Hi,

For our application, NFC Antenna is placed close to the High Current Carrying cables. The communication between the NCF Antennas works fine when there is no current passing through the cables. As soon as the current passes (up to 40A), we lose communication.

Need a method to mitigate the effect of EMI on the Antenna. 

Placing the high current carrying the cable concentric to the Antenna coil has yielded better results. Let me know if this makes sense.
