Hi Vinay,
As you can see in the PCN12505, the MPXY8020 was removed from active portfolio in 2007 and replaced by the MPXY8300 family. However, the MPXY8300 family has also already been discontinued (PCN13721B). For new designs, the FXTH87 family is recommended.
