MPXV5050GC6T1 Environmental Seal Recommendations

Hello,

I'm looking for recommendations and/or application notes regarding the chimney of pressure sensor PN MPXV5050GC6T1. My mechanical engineer is concerned about selecting the appropriate o-ring due to the variation in package and chimney heights. The o-ring is intended to act as a mechanical dampener and seal that sits at the base of the chimney, adjacent to the body of the package.

I'm also wondering what the dimensional difference is between the pads on the underside of the package are and the bottom of the leads. Per the attached image they are not coplanar.
