What is the maximum temperature that the sensor withstands in the soldering oven?

I want to oven a PCB for a 60 minute cycle at 240°C.
Will this damage the sensor?

The data sheet informs that it supports working up to 125°C, I just want to solder it at a high temperature, After the use will be moderate.

Hello João,

As you can see on this website or in the AN3150, the MPX5700 should not be exposed to temperatures higher than 220°C for more than 30s.
