Unfortunately Freescale doesn´t provide any official Eagle libraries since we made our designs using OrCAD, however you can find attached some recommended footprint and Symbol OrCAD and pdf files for the MMA8652FC, as a reference.
Now, there is an un-official eagle library of some Freescale Sensors (which includes the library of the MMA8652FC) in Freescale Communities, you can find and download this library named "Freescale_Sensors_v2.lbr" from the following link: https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-103424
