This chip has three ground pins 5, 10, and 12. Can I connect pin 5 and 12 to the ground and leave pin 10 ungrounded? Please advise.

I do not recommend leaving the pin 10 floating.

The GND pins are separated internally because these pins are used for factory calibration/compensation, however, all these pins need to be connected externally to GND.
