Hi,

Please let us know what are the IIH (Input Current High) and IIL (Input Current Low) [ i.e the leakage current value when the pin is set to an input and is driven high or low] for the GPIOs and I2C interfaces as we do not find it in datasheet.

There is no any current value spec under VIH/VIL test result, only VOH/VOL spec will identify such test current value.

We need this value for load analysis. Could you please let us know " What is the leakage current of a GPIO pins when the pins are set as an input pin and is driven high or low.
