If you are using SPSDK 3.1, you may probably need to access the Restricted Data Package. Here is the new location that you can find this package on SPSDK page:
Login to nxp.com. Go to "Downloads" section, then choose the "Secure" radio button on the left. You should see the Restricted Data Package.
You may be asked to fill out a form for additional access if you haven't done it before. After that, our system will check if we have a valid NDA with your company, then grant you the access to download the package.
Note: The Restricted Data Package is no longer needed from SPSDK v3.2 and onwards.
