My customer used S32K312, 100-HDQFP package. They want to calculate all “Metrics” includes both Package and Die. I saw we have Failure Rate Calculation file for S32K1xx. Do we have such files for S32K3xx?
Please refer Figure 4 and 5 in the Safety Analysis report for S32K312 to find the failure rates for Package and Die separately. Can you please clarify what is mean by all metrics ? The metric calculated already accounts for both the package and die.
