Released driver functional safety certification - where?

I'm searching for the functional safety certification for the following drivers:

• Real-Time-Drivers (RTD) 3.0.0 RTM ASIL D
• Safety Peripheral Driver (SPD) 1.0.3 RTM ASIL D
• System basic chip FS26 (Sbc_fs26) 2.0.1 FBR ASIL D

In the FlexNetOperations I can find the release quality and the integrity level in the Safety Manual or the release notes, but no explicit certification document is given.

Where can I find these functional safety certification for specific drivers?

We are now looking into upgrading the Sbc_FS26 from 2.0.1FBR to 4.0.0, but we can not find the assessment on Flexera again.

Would you be so kind to share the Safety SW Assessment Summary for SBC FS26 R21-11 4.0.0?

Thanks for your help @RadoslavB, I had not realized assessments were only published for "Current" versions.

I can see that "FS26 SBC AUTOSAR R21-11 Version 2.0.1 FBR 1.1" is a "Current" version. Have you requested for that assessment to become available?

Also, am I understanding you right that you also requested assessment for the "Previous" version SAF 1.0.3 to become available?

it was confirmed by NXP Safety Manager that latest version of the assessment also covers all previous releases.

For SPD we don't have Assessment, but you can reuse the one for SAF product (SPD is a subset of SAF so the assessment is valid for SPD).

From SAF K3 version 1.0.4 you can find the assessment on Flexera as well, but only for Premium version. For older versions it is not available (same for SBC).
I'll report internally request for SPD Assessment and also for the other SW product to be available on Flexera.
