Cannot find the full installer for S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture

I need to develop for an SPC58 B-Line MCU.
I cannot find the full installer for "S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture" on the NXP website. The download pages are very confusing and only show old versions, updates, or toolchain files, but not the complete installer itself.

Could you please provide a direct download link for the latest stable version of the **full installer**?

search for "S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture® v2.1 - Windows/Linux" on NXP web.
Also visible between Download section of S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture® page

But SPC58 B-Line MCU is not NXP part.
