I am trying to use S32K344 DFlash to simulate EEPROM.
I saw this paragraph in the manual(21.5.5 section

I have reviewed the second link you posted. I have a question about what is mentioned in the link:
May I ask if Fed_Example_S32K344 is code developed using RTD?
In the configuration tool of S32DS, the Fee component is under MCAL instead of Driver, so does the Fee component belong to Autosar or RTD?

You can find this description in Introduction section in the user manual of Fee:

So, it's Autosar driver. Unfortunately there's no non-Autosar Ip version.
