sja1110 t-box not working

Hello, I have two t-boxes and on one of them the sja1110 ethernet switch does not work and the LED does not light up. When trying to flash using the JTAG connector J57, the PE micro debugger cannot connect to it. On the second t-box, sja1110 works by default and the LED blinkig and the example "sja1110_t_box" can be started. Jumper settings are the same on both boards. Has anyone encountered this problem?

is that brand new board? If it is, it sounds like a reason for warranty return. It should be possible to connect a debugger, at least.

It is about a year old board used to collect information from the CAN bus. I found that the branch voltage level of PF5020_V18 is only 1.4V, PF5020_V11 only 0.8V and PF5020_LDO_V33 is 2.8V. I am afraid that the power supply PF5020 is damaged.
