s32k3 monotonic counter reset problem

Hi NXP,

    i tried hse monotonic counter under LC = OEM environment, it could be inited , increase and re-init.

   my question is,  i want implmement a program counter function, record operation counter.  i want to make it init  ONLY once and increase, CAN'T be re-init to 0 in LC = OEM, 

1.  is monotonic suitable for this?

2. if not, is there any other feature function suitable for this case?
