If you click the link and get redirected to the NXP page, please ensure you are logged in in the FlexNet system by following these steps:
- Sign in to your NXP account (NXP Semiconductors)
- Click on My NXP Account (top-right) and click on Software Licensing and Support under the Licensing section within the window it opens.
- This will redirect you to another page. In this new page, select the option View Accounts under the Software accounts section.
- This will again redirect you to the FlexNet page in which you should be able the product list you have available, it should look something like this:
If you are able to see this, you can now click the direct link and check the products.
In case you cannot access the products but you can access the FlexNet page, please contact your NXP sales representative so they may activate this product for you.
