memory map files

Hello，

There isn't any memory map configuration in the s32k3xxRM.pdf attachment S32K3xx_memory.xlsx.

I'm wondering know How can I get memory map infomation.

What do you think is missing in the S32K3xx_memory.xlsx file?

I am facing the same problem. In the S32K3XXRM document there are several references across the text of this "attatched memory map file" (See image below).

However, there is no clue of this memory map file in the NXP web https://www.nxp.com/products/processors-and-microcontrollers/s32-automotive-platform/s32k-auto-gener... when you try to download the S32K3XXRM.pdf (See figure below).
