Hi,

Lin_ip_frameTransfer example shows usage of low level RTD drivers for both LPUART and FlexIO modules. There is also SDK driver examples, if needed.
If you need some baremetal code you can reuse below one, LPUART is the same.

I am not aware of S32K3 lpuart lin baremetal example, just RTD based one is available as I mentioned above.
