hse firmware flash

Hello
We are using s32k324
I have a question about hse
I understand that to use hse on s32k324 board, hse firmware provided by nxp needs to be flash on board
However, I received an answer last time that this reference document is a security file, so should I ask for permission? I understand that the permission request is only for those who have company mail.
I'm a research student, so is there a way to flash hse firmware separately?

You can find it in section Documentation -> Secure Files.

If you do not have sufficient access rights, please follow:

HSE firmware is then included in S32K3 Standard Software package:
